Shipping Policy

 

 

DELIVERY CHARGES:

• Delivery is FREE for all orders anywhere in South Africa.
  
  
• We do not currently ship beyond the borders of South Africa.

DISPATCH TIME:

• Orders received before 12pm (midday) on Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day.
  
  

• Orders received after 12pm (midday) on Monday to Thursday will be dispatched the following day.
  
  

• Orders received after 12pm (midday) on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday. All orders received on Saturday or Sunday will also be dispatched on the following Monday.
  
  

• Orders received on public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
  
  

DELIVERY TIME:

• To Gauteng: Delivery will be within 24 to 48 hours after your order is dispatched.
  
  

• To coastal cities: Delivery will be within 48 to 72 hours after your order is dispatched.
  
  

• To all other locations: Delivery will be within 72 hours after your order is dispatched.
  
  

GENERAL NOTES ON DELIVERY:

• We always endeavour to meet the best and fastest delivery time. Please appreciate however, that events beyond our control could cause delay. We thank you for your understanding.
  
  

• We do not make deliveries over weekends and public holidays.
  
  

• We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time on the day of delivery.
